This historic olive grove, formerly belonging to Mr. Breton, continues a century-old tradition of producing exceptional Moroccan extra virgin olive oil, reserved for connoisseurs and gourmets around the world. A genuine expression of the terroir, it offers complex green aromas of aromatic hedgerows, freshly cut grass, culinary herbs, apples, fresh lemon, tomato, and nuts. On the palate, it reveals equally complex notes of fresh nuts, herbs, tobacco leaves, watercress, and bitter almond skins, followed by dried fruits, balanced bitterness, and a pleasant peppery finish. The lingering aftertaste develops into notes of dried fruit, herbs, malted nuts, and milk chocolate. This medium to strong oil is remarkably well balanced, with bitterness and pepper that never become overpowering, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of culinary applications and perfect for dipping.
