Shipping policy
We're all about getting your order to you quickly, safely, and without surprises. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship at Pantrylot:
Processing Times
We ship orders fast usually the same day or the next business day (Monday to Friday). We're closed on weekends, so any orders placed then will go out the following Monday. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EDT will be shipped the next business day.
Meltable Items
Please note that chocolate and other meltable items are sensitive to heat. We are not responsible for melting during transit; however, customers may contact us prior to shipping to arrange for a temperature-controlled upgrade at an additional cost.
Carriers & Delivery Times
We work with multiple carriers to get you the best shipping options.
Delivery time depends on where you're located and what shipping method you choose.
Sorry, we can't ship to P.O. boxes please use a physical address.
Tracking Your Order
You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Shipping Limitations
We currently only ship to Canada and the US.
Remote locations may not qualify for free shipping or might not be eligible for delivery at all well let you know if that's the case.
Order Limitations:
We currently have a maximum order of 10 units per SKU. If you would like to order more please email us at info@pantrylot.com with the amount and product.
Damaged or Missing Packages
Things happen if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out to us at info@pantrylot.com. We handle these situations case by case and well do our best to make it right. For more information, please consult our refund policy.
