We want to inform you that we’ve had to temporarily stop shipping orders to the United States.

Why?

On August 29, 2025, the United States implemented new import shipment policies at the border. These sudden changes have caused carriers to become overwhelmed, making it impossible for them to process parcels reliably. As a result, packages are being held, severely delayed, or returned to us instead of reaching customers.

What This Means for You

• Orders with U.S. addresses cannot be fulfilled at this time.

This is a temporary pause, and we fully intend to resume U.S. shipping as soon as carriers and border services stabilize their operations.

Looking Ahead

We are actively monitoring the situation and will reopen U.S. orders as soon as shipments can cross the border reliably again.
